To all those who came to our pasta making workshops and banquets which were held as part of the 2016 Bridgetown in the Winter Festival , we say thank-you. The demand for the event exceeded all our expectations and we needed to put on extra sessions to meet the demand. In total we had 53 people attend our various sessions during the course of the festival and hope we provided everyone with a good time, some tasty food to eat and the inspiration to try their hand at make their own pasta dishes at home for family and friends.
As we pointed out to all participants, food, cooking and eating are important elements of the Little Hill Farm experience. We want to provide guests with the opportunity to see and taste farm fresh produce in a relaxed and friendly environment.
As our building and renovation activities on the farm gradually slow down and we officially open our doors for business, further cooking and food appreciation sessions will be held in late spring and summer. Keep an eye out for these activities and join us if you can. Our food classes and appreciation activities are a wonderful way to enjoy a fun few hours, with tasty things to eat, lively conversation and lots of information about using fresh ingredients at home in your own cooking.
