Up Coming Cooking Classes

Saturday, 21 March 2020 – Italian Dumpling Cooking Class
11.00 AM to 1.30 PM

In this cooking class, participants will learn to make a variety of the dumplings found in Italian Cuisine, including gnocchi, ravioli and tortellini as well as, get to enjoy a banquet meal at the end of the class made from the varied items created during the cooking class. The menu for the day will consist of Tuscan Tortellini Soup, Ricotta Gnocchi a Sage and Burnt Butter Sauce, Beef Ravioloni in a Red Wine and Tomato Sauce and Deep Fried – Chocolate and Hazelnut Panzerotti. As part of the days activities, participants will also get a tour of the farm and learn about our table to plate and eating in season philosophy.

Please be aware the activities listed on this page are merely our ‘public’ activities. If you wish to arrange a ‘private’ activity for you and a small group of family or friends – such as a private cooking class, food appreciation session or a farm tour, please send us an email and we will contact you to discuss the matter further. ‘Private’ one off activities require a minimum of 6 people.
