Up Coming Cooking Classes
2019 – Italian Spring Cooking Class and Banquet
Sunday 20 October 2019 – 11.00 AM to 1.30 PM
This Master Cooking Class is intended to introduce participants to the wonders of Italian cooking with special emphasis given to the season of Spring, when new season, fresh vegetables begin to appear in the garden such as – asparagus, broad beans, artichokes, peas, leeks, spring onions and new season potatoes. Many of the recipes taught in this master class are designed to be added to and changed, so they can be used at other times of the year with different seasonal produce.

If you wish to arrange a ‘private’ activity for you and a small group of family or friends – such as a private cooking class, food appreciation session or a farm tour, please send us an email and we will contact you to discuss the matter further. ‘Private’ one off activities require a minimum of 6 people.
