There are four accommodation suites available, all have high vaulted ceilings, air-conditioning, comfy seating, large flat screen televisions and a well appointed kitchen (for those wishing to prepare their own meals) and much, much more. Alternatively, you can find a secluded spot on the 6 acre property and unwind or even seek us out and see what we are up to.

Bridgetown being the Winter Capital of Western Australia … the comfort of guests is important and accordingly each studio is constructed to exceed a 6 Star Energy Rating so as to ensure, you stay toasty warm in winter and cool during a hot Australian summer.

Lee Steere

Studio One

The Lee Steere Studio is named after – Sir James George Lee Steere – the first Speaker of the Western Australian Legislative Assembly, who was a prominent pastoralist in the Blackwood Valley Region in the second half of the 1800’s. This is the most easterly studio in our set of four studios and has a sweeping veranda on two sides for sitting and admiring the scenery or watching the goings on in the valley be it the native fauna or the locals going about their daily activities.

Hester

Studio Two

The Hester Studio is named after one of the founding fathers’ of Bridgetown – Godfrey Hester and his numerous descendants that remain in the region. The Hester Studio is the largest by area of our four studios as it also functions as our disability compliant studio. Although all our studios can be set-up for those persons requiring Twin Share Accommodation, this is the studio we semi-permanently keep in Twin Share Set-Up as the extra room is more suited to those needing extra space.

Forrest

Studio Three

The Forrest Studio is named after the pioneering Forrest Family of whom Sir John Forrest, the First Premier of Western Australia was a member. Both Sir John’s father William Forrest Snr and his brother William Forrest Jnr have connection to the town of Bridgetown and the Blackwwod Valley Region. The Forrest studio is a central studio and therefore has a cosy, quiet aspect for those wanting to truly – rest, relax and enjoy their time at Little Hill Farm.
